An experienced Occupational Therapist specialising in adult mental health and sensory integration services for private clients, families, local authorities, statutory services, businesses and charities.
​​Nadine has over ten years of experience working in both the private and public sector providing specialist assessment and intervention to those who have a range of mental health and neurodivergent/neurodevelopmental conditions. She has worked with individuals in the community and hospital settings in addition to those detained under the Mental Health Act and within the criminal justice system. Alongside this, Nadine has provided guidance, training and supervision to students and practitioners working with and caring for such populations.
Nadine’s primary specialism is complex emotional needs, trauma and personality disorders. She also has experience working with developmental conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities. Her work has involved supporting clients with functional activities of daily living and treating severe and complex challenging behaviour to improve occupational engagement. This has allowed individuals to achieve their goals and live safely in the community, maintaining a healthy balanced routine and restoring their independence. Nadine’s extensive experience in the mental health field enables her to view her clients in a truly holistic way, ensuring all physical, psychological and social needs are captured to deliver good quality care.
