Extensive expertise in complex adult neurological rehabilitation, delivering exceptional care in community settings, intensive care and acute in-patient services. She works with clients living with a wide range of neurological conditions, including traumatic and acquired brain injury, incomplete spinal cord injury, stroke, complex orthopaedic trauma, and other central nervous system pathologies.
Grounded in evidence-based practice and guided by a person-centred philosophy, Chloe creates rehabilitation programmes that are as unique as the individuals she supports—tailoring every intervention to the client’s abilities, goals, and aspirations. Her blend of specialist clinical knowledge, exceptional interpersonal skills, and genuine compassion ensures a therapeutic experience that is both effective and deeply supportive.
Chloe offers a comprehensive service, from detailed physical, cognitive, visual, and functional assessments, to the design and delivery of targeted treatment plans covering cognitive rehabilitation, visual-perceptual retraining, and functional skill restoration. She is skilled at facilitating community reintegration, conducting home environment assessments, arranging adaptations, and coordinating specialist equipment to optimise independence and safety.
Chloe brings advanced specialist knowledge in cognitive rehabilitation, upper limb rehabilitation, and spasticity and tone management. She designs structured, evidence-based interventions to retrain thinking skills, improve memory, and enhance problem-solving, while also working intensively to restore upper limb function, dexterity, and strength.Â

With expertise in therapeutic handling, splinting, positioning, and activity-based programmes, she provides targeted tone management strategies to reduce spasticity, optimise movement, and improve comfort—helping clients achieve greater function in everyday life.
A strong advocate for collaborative care, Chloe is a proactive stakeholder in multidisciplinary team (MDT) integrated working, promoting seamless communication and coordinated rehabilitation across physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, psychologists, nursing staff, and medical teams. She is also experienced in decision-specific capacity assessments under the Mental Capacity Act, safeguarding the rights, autonomy, and best interests of every client.
