What We Love About Carmarthenshire

The OT Centre founders, Helen and Mark Spencer, have lived in Carmarthenshire since 2009, following family links in the area. With its blend of picturesque landscapes and rich cultural heritage, Carms offers a variety of experiences that cater to different interests;

Coastal Beauty: The Millennium Coastal Path, a standout feature, offers over 10 miles of scenic walking and cycling paths along the coast, providing stunning views of the Gower Peninsula and a direct connection between Llanelli and Pembrey Country Park. The county is also home to beautiful beaches, like the expansive Pendine Sands known for its historical land speed record attempts. Additionally, the region's natural beauty is highlighted by the Cefn Sidan Beach, an award-winning location known for its golden sands.

Shopping in Llandeilo: This colorful market town is known for its array of independent shops, art galleries, and boutiques, making it a shopping hotspot. The town’s charming atmosphere is further enhanced by its creative window displays and diverse range of stores.

The castle has a rich past and provides insights into Welsh and English history. Newton House, located on the same site, is a mansion that showcases life in the early 1900s.
