Helen Spencer

Clinical Director

My personal and professional experience in this field is unique. Whilst I understand Brain Injury as an Occupational Therapy professional, I also have a lived experience as a sister of someone who suffered a brain injury as a result of a sudden brain hemorrhage. In all this time, we haven't lost sight of our founding principles, recognising that every Client, Customer and Team Member is a person; a loved parent, child or sibling, with hopes, dreams and aspirations.

The OT Centre is an opportunity for OT's to once more do what they trained for, providing specialist high-quality therapy to meet client needs and make a real difference.

Why Choose The OT Centre

Together We Make A Difference

Lindsay Tarasconi

Occupational Therapist

"I enjoy the variety of clients I work with at The OT Centre; I’ve had opportunities to work alongside individuals suffering from a variety of conditions.

There are greater opportunities to maximise interventions in regards to time and resources. It’s nice to work with people in their own homes and often, it’s a few years down the line from an injury or accident, so clients have a better understanding of their condition, which allows them to identify their own goals."

Lindsay qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2011, joining The OT Centre as an Occupational Therapist in 2014.
